If she and her husband die do we have to pay it off , trouble is she doesnt care as she thinks she will be the first to go and wont have to worry about it

Answer by FNA the Third GenerationNo. You are not responsible for another's debt, but their estate may be. So any money they leave you may go to pay the debt, but the Shylocks who run the banks don't have the right anymore
