Law Bans Cash For Second Hand Transactions

House Bill 195 States that in Louisiana you are not allowed to buy second hand items with cash. Examples Flea markets, Swap meets, Thrift stores, Second Hand store, Etc. Some claim this will stop people from buying STOLEN items. Because you are now only allowed to buy second hand items with checks, debit, and credit cards. And this will supply a paper trail.
