credit/debt consolidation?

Question by : credit/debt consolidation?
I have about $ 15,000 in credit card debt. I have tried to get personal/consolidation loans, but have been declined numerous times. I recently contacted Careone Debt Relief Services. They suggested that I enroll in the Debt Management Program, it is different than the Debt Settlement program that many other agencies endorse. Can anyone give me some feedback in regards to Careone and the Debt Management Program? I have not yet
