Answer by Wayne ZIt looks like a bad deal.

1) It does not show a Visa or Mastercard logo on their card. If they issue a card, it would be only good from a certain catalog with high prices and not good in stores.

2) There is apparently a disclaimer that states "You may not be approved for the card you selected". One person complained that all they received was a prepaid
