Question by : I received a complaint via registered mail. Can I be sued for an alleged credit debt past SOL, long distance?
I am being sued by a third party, the SOL has passed on the alleged credit card debt, and the suit is being filed in my former state of residence some 900 miles away. How should I respond to this complaint?

Answer by IffyYou can attempt to claim the debt is passed SOL but check your credit report to be sure
