Question by Nicole: Can you consolidate loans and then claim bankruptcy?
I am way into debt, and I can't claim bankruptcy on it all because some of it are school loans. I was wondering if I could Consolidate all of it, and then after a while claim bankruptcy.

Answer by Ryan MIn theory yes, but you still might get a bankruptcy judge who will not allow it, if that is discovered.
