What happens if I dont show up? or better yet, what happens if neither party shows up? Does the court automatically set a trial date?
This is not a TRIAL DATE. its a CMC. If i dont show up...doesnt a trial date have to be set? Isnt the purpose of a CMC to try to work it out before a trial? I would think if ididnt show up the worst that would happen is a trial would
