Can law firm sue me for credit card debt that is in my husband's name only?

Question by Trouble in Texas: Can law firm sue me for credit card debt that is in my husband's name only?
My husband got a credit card during our marriage and we always paid on time but due to job layoff and illness we fell behind.We are both working now but make only enogh money to pay for the bare necessities.So now he's had an arbitration award made against him. In the state of Texas (community property and family code laws) will they come after me since I did not sign the application?
